Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

Salary: Up to £28,000

Full-Time Hours

We are looking for two enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Practitioners to join our client's dynamic early years team. As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for young children in their nursery setting. Our client is offering a competitive salary with great progression routes. You will work 4x days a week with set shifts 7.30 - 6.30 so get to enjoy 1 day off in the week!

Qualifications
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
  • A passion for creating inclusive and diverse learning environments
  • Paediatric First Aid qualification (desirable)

Responsibilities
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
  • Plan and implement a range of age-appropriate activities to support the development of each child
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to provide a holistic approach to childcare
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and development
  • Uphold health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of all children in the setting
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the quality of care and education provided
