Summary
The Black Bull in Bolton are recruiting for an Apprentice Front of House Assistant. The successful candidate will work towards there Level 2 Catering and Hospitality which will take approximately 16 months to complete.
Duties:
•Meeting and greeting customers
•Take drinks orders and food orders
•Table checks to ensure customer satisfaction
•Up-selling further products
•Dealing with customer queries
•Allergens
•High levels of cleaning
•Stock count
•Working the till, card payments and cash
Requirements:
•An outgoing personality with a positive attitude
•A good team player
•A strong work ethic
•Must be honest, reliable and trustworthy
•Well presented and well mannered
Grades:
There are no formal qualifications required.
Hours:
5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, earliest start 8:30am, latest finish 10:00pm, 30 mins unpaid lunch, maximum 38 hours per week
