We’re on the hunt for two Assistant Communities Housing Officers to support our awesome and proactive Communities Team! Are you hunting for a new challenge with an ambitious organisation and ready to join us on our mission to deliver ‘Great Places’, Great Services’, and ‘Great Tomorrows’.

You’re truly customer focussed and ready to deliver a front facing broad range of services to our customers across the Daventry, East Midlands Area.

Using your practical knowledge and problem-solving you’ll be providing a customer-focussed approach while providing support and tackling estate management and anti-social behaviour issues.

You’ll assist the Communities Housing Officers in supporting our customers and their families, so you’ll need that natural resilience of yours as you navigate your way through this exciting step on your career journey.

Work alongside communities, voluntary groups and partners to achieve the aims and objectives of our Community Engagement Strategy; Develop and maintain effective relationships with partner agencies.
Effectively deal with enquiries received from customers in a timely manner offering advice, signposting or hand-on to the most relevant officer/service
Ensure records and documents are uploaded promptly on the appropriate electronic filing systems.
Support the Tenancy Management Officer with recording and processing tenancy management requests, including undertaking home visits for tenancy assignments, mutual exchanges and successions, ensuring they are actioned in a way which demonstrates effortless customer experience.
