About the Operations General Manager Role
You will lead all aspects of operational activities, alongside developing, managing and supporting the operations the operations team.

Other responsibilities will include:
• Lead production activities to meet business objectives, optimising workflow and production processes.
• Manage and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety regulations are meticulously followed.
• Identify requirements and create processes and procedures.

About You
The successful Operations General Manager will have experience in a similar role with knowledge of lean manufacturing and process variation reduction concepts.

Other requirements include:
• Qualified minimum Green Belt Six Sigma trained.
• IOSH or NEBOSH trained.
• Experienced in all aspects of material management including import and export controls.
• Thorough understanding of manufacturing technologies and processes.
• Knowledge of financial tools and techniques utilised to establish justifications of operational changes.
