Summary


The Personal Assistant will work as part of an exciting team in delivering an efficient and effective Business Management Support service. The post holder will support the Business Operations, Delivery and Performance Team and will work as Personal Assistant to the Director of Workforce, Training and Education.

As Directorate Personal Assistant, the post holder will provide comprehensive diary management and PA support to the Director and supporting team, proactively ensuring all directorate needs are met and that the Director is suitably supported.
• Provide proactive business and office management support to the Director’s Office, contributing to the completion of Directorate objectives.
• Provide timely and accurate information and documentation to enable effective operation of the directorate.
