As our Procurement Specialist you will be joining the team to procure rail products that are required by our key clients.
Working with suppliers you will manage pre and post contract Commercial teams responsible for managing the tendering and post contract delivery of multiple and mixed portfolios of infrastructure projects.
Our Rail Procurement Specialist will support the Commercial teams to deliver value for money and ensure that fair and effective Commercial Management processes are implemented and maintained throughout the entire project.
Rail Procurement Specialist – Background, Experience & attributes needed:
- Experience of working within a procurement team
- Experience within the Rail industry
- Electrical knowledge is advantageous
- Previous experience negotiating with suppliers
- Intermediate IT skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
