Summary
Working on behalf of our client based in Birkenhead, we are currently recruiting for a CNC Machinist on a permanent basis.
Key Duties:
- Setting, operating, and programming CNC lathes and/or milling machines.
- Working with Fanuc controlled lathes or Heidenhain millingmachines.
- Produce a 50/50 mix of new and repeat parts.
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
- Experience with Fanuc controlled lathes or Heidenhain milling machines.
- Setting and operating experience.
- Knowledge of tooling and machining methods.
- Experience of programming or looking to be trained in it.
What out client can offer in return:
- £16.68 per hour, overtime paid at 1.5x.
- Monday - Thursday 6:30am to 6pm. Friday 6:30am to 1pm.
- Flexible 4 - 5 working days available.
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
- Works Pension.
- Uniform provided.
- Tunnel paid for if required.
