Summary

We have 2 part time roles available, both positions are fixed term due to 1-1 support. Please see hours below:

20 Hours

The main duties of this role are to provide care and support to meet individuals physical, emotional and social needs based on their individual support plan to keep them safe and well.
You must have direct experience of caring for adults either in a paid or voluntary setting.
It is essential you have good communication skills and have the ability to listen and act on individual needs and preferences to be able to provide best support.
You will ensure that person’s values, rights choices and dignity are met at all times.
You will need to hold a care certificate, level 2 care apprenticeships or equivalent or the ability and willingness to achieve this.

This is a fixed term post for six months, that requires you to work days, 10.00am to 6.00pm on a rota basis including bank holiday and weekends. We are open twenty-four seven, 365 days a year.
