Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA are seeking a Kitchen Porter to join the team at Mercure Livingston Hotel on a part time basis. Weekend availability required, 16 hour contract

A day in the life of…
As Kitchen Porter, you will be a crucial part of the kitchen team, delivering excellent service to guests each day. Teamwork is everything! You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each service is smooth and efficient. You are engaged, move with purpose, and serve with enthusiasm, understand performance indicators and work hard to positively influence these whilst on shift.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for:
- Cleaning dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
- Assisting chefs and cooks with food preparation as needed
- Ensuring that all cleaning materials and chemicals are used and stored properly
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
Based in the Mercure Livingston Hotel, you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
