THE ROLE - Storesperson
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Storesperson to join a successful and thriving global manufacturing business.
You’ll be working in a busy Stores environment and responsible for both goods in and goods out activities.
You’ll need to have great attention to detail due to involvement in cycle counts and document control.
DUTIES - Storesperson
• Loading / Unloading lorries and vans.
• Timely receipt of purchased materials into stock system.
• Checking material certification against the purchase orders.
• Issuing materials/components both physically and electronically.
• Participating in daily cycle counting, reporting any stock discrepancies.
• Work with the team to complete detailed stocktaking.
• Picking and packing of materials for onward shipment.
• Preparing delivery paperwork.
• General administration and housekeeping duties.
BACKGROUND - Storesperson
• A Level education or higher
• Computer literacy
• ERP system knowledge
• Forklift license (Desirable)
