Summary
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. To provide excellent customer care to all visitors with an enthusiastic and customer focused attitude.
2. To provide a range of information, guidance and assistance to all museum visitors.
3. To be able to work on initiative and pay attention to detail.
4. To support both your immediate and wider teams within the museum, including Café North staff.
5. To help cover absences as and when required.
6. To ensure the museum environment is cared for – buildings, artefacts, facilities and the sites are kept clean and tidy.
7. To ensure that all activities are carried out safely.
8. To undertake retail duties relating to the museum shop.
