My client, a busy award winning Hotel and restaurant operation situated in the Roseland peninsula near St Mawes are looking to recruit up to 5 x full front of house staff to join their team. These are immediate starts for the right candidates and are all FULL TIME positions.
The roles are full time(40 hours per week) based on straight and split shifts spread over 5 days a week
The hours are a mixture of 7am-12pm, 5pm-10pm, 10am-late, 11am-late and 2pm/3pm/4pm-finish shifts, Working within the restaurant/bar and other food and beverage related areas of the hotel including Room Service.
We are looking for front of house staff who have proven track records in working in busy food and beverage operations, have worked in a busy team and can work well under pressure.
You will also have had ideally at least 12-24 months experience working in high quality, fine dining restaurants and worked in boutique style hotel operations.
Some of the main specs of the role are below:
• Serving drinks from behind the bar
• To be flexible and work within all food and beverage operational areas
• Waiting tables, and taking food orders
• Cleaning duties both front and back of house
• Learning and using the till system (full training given)
• Re stocking fridges
• Glass collecting, cleaning and polishing wine and water glasses and clearing tables
• Greeting customers with a smile, being enthusiastic and polite at all times
• Carrying out basic H&S checks on a daily basis (full training given)
• Opening and closing the bar/restaurant/room service areas of work
