Summary

Our client Scottish Power are currently recruiting for a Hub Administrator to join the team based in Glasgow City Centre.


It is a contract role for 6 months initially and will be a hybrid role with 2 days a week required in the office.


Role Purpose
•To be the first point of human contact to Scottish Power (SP) employees seeking assistance from General Services across all operational areas – including employee services (catering, travel, mail room,). Fleet, building operations and moves and changes
•To provide advice and assistance to employees on how to access GSUK services
•To deliver great customer service to SP employees

Accountabilities
To work collaboratively with Hub manager and fellow Operations Co-ordinators to provide a single standardised service to SP
Dealing with difficult customers/complaints and ensure employees are provided with high standard of service
To utilise core skill set and develop through time competency and skill in all the areas of employee hub delivery, as follows: mailroom, travel, catering, PowerMe, pool cars, fleet operations (e.g. telematics) liftshare, HQ parking, and any other GSUK customer facing process and/or service
To support the digitalisation of employee hub services
To own the delivery of service to SP employees
To ensure a visible and continuous employee hub presence is enabled across the operations co-ordination team in HQ
To seek and act upon customer feedback to drive service level improvements and customer satisfaction
Enable the sharing of skills and knowledge across the employee hub team to drive overall competency and skills
To support the General Service response to exceptional events e.g., storms
Deliver reporting to measure hub efficiency and effectiveness , updating KPIs on a weekly basis

Skills and experience
Previous experience of working in a customer service environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Ability to remain calm and customer focused under pressure
Ability to respond positively to frustrated customers
Willing and able to develop skills in all areas of hub delivery
Ability to share their skills and experience and support their colleagues develop new skills
Proficient user of SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
