Summary

Senior Administrator

Location: The post will be based at Hounslow and EACH Ealing (Head Office) and will be required to work from any of EACH's locations based on the needs of the service.
Salary: £30,576 - £33,196 (including Outer London Weighting)
Qualifications: Minimum of NVQ Level 4 standard or equivalent - Educational background in Business administration, Management or other relevant field desirable.
Contract: 37.5 hours - Full-time, permanent

EACH provides a range of specialist services to individuals and families affected by mental health, domestic violence and alcohol and substance misuse issues.

Successful postholder will be part of the middle level management team and will be required to provide high level support to the EMT/SMT and actively involved in coordinating organisational wide events. The person will be supporting the Finance and Resources Director in respect of people management and financial functions which includes payroll and processing of invoices and receipts.

Your Key Duties;

* Provide high-level and efficient administrative support to the Executive Management Team/Senior Management Team on key Head Office functions, including HR, Governance, Quality Assurance, Business Development and Financial Controls
* Lead and Manage the admin team and have effective oversight of admin processes and functions.
* To provide support in the administration of payroll, income, receipts and suppliers liaisons
You will need:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, together with a positive, warm and flexible approach. Persuasive, discreet and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including high profile partners.
* Ability to work in a systematic meticulous way to a high standard, using own initiative to produce high quality work both on an individual level and at a team level.
* Ability to display sensitivity, tact and diplomacy in all situations with high levels of political sensitivity.
* Knowledge of accounting/payroll packages will be highly desirable.
* Excellent IT Skills, including Microsoft packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point and Access.

You will need:
