Summary
We are looking for a Senior Cleaning Supervisor on night shifts, to manage a team of approximately 40 cleaning operatives alongside the second-in-command: HGV Supervisor.
The position requires the individual to manage recruitment and development of staff and maintain excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for several of our clients, here at Heathrow Airport.
It requires extensive organisation skills, with the ability and willingness to be a team player, decision making, and essential customer service.
The Senior Supervisor is to delegate as well as action tasks; such as work orders, and ensure that the operatives carry out such whilst following the correct Health & Safety procedures.
Where necessary, the Senior Supervisor is to deal with any issues efficiently; inclusive of internal investigations, in a professional manner; liaising with the line manager.
It will also be imperative, that the Senior Supervisor reports any machinery and vehicle damages immediately to the respective department and inform management.
The ideal candidate would have knowledge of Heathrow Airport; both landside and airside.

-FULL 5 YEARS UK EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
-FULL UK DRIVER LICENCE - CLEAN
-CLEAN DBS - No spent/unspent convictions
