Our client, a leading commercial vehicle dealership in Leicester, is seeking a skilled and experienced Warranty Administrator to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company committed to delivering exceptional service and support.
As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the service department, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of vehicle warranty, goodwill, and repair & maintenance claims. Your attention to detail and adherence to manufacturer and company policies will be key to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities as a Warranty Administrator:
- Process vehicle warranty, goodwill, and repair & maintenance claims accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to manufacturer and company policies and procedures.
- Receive job cards with agreed warranty items and input claim details (e.g., labour item codes, parts numbers) to produce warranty invoices.
- Transmit claims to the manufacturer and ensure all claims are properly transmitted.
- Check any rejected claims, resubmit errors, or investigate rejections in conjunction with the manager.
- Review claims to ensure claim settlement and payment reconciliation.
Skills and Experience Needed of the Warranty Administrator Role:
- Previous manufacturer warranty experience is essential.
- Understanding of vehicle component identification is required.
- Kerridge experience is preferred, along with IT proficiency.
- High attention to detail to ensure accurate claims are submitted.
