Qualifications
- Registered General Nurse (Adult) (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
- Valid UK NMC Pin
- Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and maintain a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the clinical team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care.
- Develop and implement care plans and treatment protocols in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing staff, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of patient care to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
