We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join the team as an IT Infrastructure Engineer!




It's an exciting time for urbanbubble, as we embark on a large scale digital transformation project. If you are someone who loves
supporting IT Infrastructure including core Microsoft Services, learning new systems and delivering a first class customer
service, this may be the role for you!

What will you do?




* Provide second and third line support via phone, email, remote or face-to-face,
* Ensure accurate records are kept on actions taken within the ticket management system.
* Compliance with associated policies, processes, and procedures
* Support of Microsoft 365 platform, including Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Azure AD.
* Supporting Audio Visual / Meeting Room Technology.
* Manage escalated tickets from other team members.
* Support business growth with system expertise and helpdesk support to ensure new business initiatives.
* Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members.
* Management of Service desk processes such as leavers, new starters, and movers.
* Participate in deployment and implementation of IT projects




What we are looking for?

* Experience in a second line support role

* Someone who is innovative with an ability to comprehend and work effectively on technical issues.
* Great energy and resilience with ability to prosper in fast-paced environment.
* Good focus on quality of output and attention to detail
* Professional and Customer Focus (mainly internal customers)
* Respects Confidentiality of Data Self-motivated and positive individual with 'can-do’ attitude

* Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, Wi-Fi)

* Exchange Online

* Virtualization (Hyper-V)
* Backup technologies (e.g., Veeam, Acronis)

Desirable qualifications:

* ITIL
* CompTIA A+ / Network+
* Cisco CCNA
* Microsoft Certifications (Windows Server or Desktop)
