Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager with a good knowledge of the African food market to join our dynamic team at Peterborough. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Within this job role your main Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Develop social media marketing within and outside local African communities.
* Develop a growth strategy focused both on African food and customer satisfactions.
* Conduct research to identify new multi-media markets and customer needs in African food.
* Arrange business meetings with prospective distributors of African food.
* Promote the company’s African food products/services on multi-media, addressing or predicting clients and African food objectives.
* Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
* Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
*Channelling the targeted audience with adequate African food product and services with an organised feedback mechanism to aide effective marketing on social media.
*Building a well organised marketing African food distribution services with the necessary community data on social media.
*Promoting African food in form of E-Commerce to have a better service in the local communities through social media
At Angels Meal, we are all about heritage of African comfort food expertly prepared and packaged. Our products are at the root of Africa extraordinary culinary evolution with its melting pot of distinctive regional food traditions and cultural heritage.
We are looking for individuals with at least three years of experience in the African food Section.
Requirements and skills
* Good knowledge of African food product is a must.
* Proficiency in MS Office and Excel spreadsheet
*Ability to operate in different social media platforms
* Proficiency in English
* Multimedia, taking African culture into account.
* Communication and negotiation skills in African market setting
* Time management and planning
*Should have any BSC degree
Working knowledge of health & safety as well as food safety regulations
Confident and competent in your designated section.
