Summary


A newly created opportunity has arisen for an organised and enthusiastic person, who wants todeliver qualitative FFP3 fit testing across the Trust as a Fit Tester, this includes providing advice and support to line managers and employees as well as delivering training and staff development courses and maintaining accurate records of staff compliance with Fit Testing and Fit Testing training. The post holder will be part of the Trust Wide Risk Management team. This is a flexible full time post.

The Trust is seeking to recruit an innovative and effective individual to the FFP3 Fit Tester post within the wider Risk Management Team.

The main purpose of the role is to deliver qualitative Fit Testing across the Trust as a FFP3 Fit Tester, this includes providing advice and support to line managers and employees as well as delivering training and staff development courses and maintaining accurate records of staff compliance with Fit Testing and Fit Testing training.

They must have excellent interpersonal skills and be confident in engaging with Senior Management Teams and staff across the Trust.

The post holder will be expected to prioritise daily tasks and work streams to ensure completion within agreed time-frames.
