Summary
Volsec Healthcare Ltd are looking to recruit passionate, flexible, enthusiastic and highly motivated Lead Support Worker to support a variety of homecare clients within Southend and the surrounding area's on a permanent basis. We are passionate about the services we offer to our Clients and offer free training to all of our staff whether experienced or new to care and support new carers through their care certificate.
As a professional of Volsec Healthcare, you will be involved in personal care and meeting the needs of a diverse group of Clients. You will display a caring and attentive approach, using your skills to build strong, trusting and supporting relationships in order to improve people's lives. You will be responsible for care standards in the field as well as supervising staff and taking part of our on-call rota.
In return we offer a competitive hourly rates of £12p/h and monthly pay. Full office support is provided by exceptionally knowledgeable staff, day and night to assist with any difficulties you may encounter, free in-house training.

• Understand equal opportunities and support the equality and diversity of the individual.
• Help clients to achieve independence to the best of their abilities in all area's of their life
• Provide assistance to clients to help them meet both their health and social care requirements including but not limited to, washing, toileting, medication, bed making and preparing drinks and meals.
