Care workers needed to support clients in their own homes in The Marsh

As a Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in enriching the lives of those we serve.
Papillon Home Care was started in 2018 by Mary Harvey, an award-winning home care registered manager with a wealth of experience in this sector.
Awarded ‘GOOD’ by the CQC, Papillon Home Care we provide the very best in home care that is safe and responsive to our client’s individual needs and we take pride in ensuring clients are treated with dignity, whilst respecting their right to privacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate personal care to service users with dignity and respect.
Safely handle service users and administer medications with accurate record-keeping.
Fulfil general duties, including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
Efficiently manage administrative processes and uphold confidentiality and safety standards.
We have a 5* Rating on Glassdoor and a 4.5* rating on Indeed!

Experience requirements:
Minimum of 6 months care experience
Must live within the Marsh area
Valid UK driving licence and own transport
High level of written and spoken English
Kind, caring and compassionate, with a willingness to support the service users and the team.
