What will I be doing?

Your role will be working within our complex children’s care packages to provide care and support for all clients. This will be delivered in the client’s own homes and out in the community. Your role may involve:

• Supporting with social outings
• Managing Challenging behaviour
• Working with children with severe autism, ADHD or learning difficulties.
• Mental health support
• Overnight stays
• Medication assistance
• Personal care

Shift Patterns

Currently shifts are starting around 7-8am and running up 9.30pm. We can offer flexible working patterns to suit you and everyone will work on a 2 weekly rolling rota and example of this could look like:

Week 1- Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun

Week 2- Wed, Thurs, Fri

Other shift patterns and times can be discussed during your initial conservation.

Please note that due to the nature of our roles you must be over 18 years of age to apply. Currently due to the nature of our calls and client locations we are only looking for drivers with access to their own vehicles at this time.
