Summary
2 Positions Varying in Experience.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Location: Head Office – Hamilton, Lanarkshire.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.

Highlights:
39hrs per week.
Monday to Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm, Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm, with 1hr lunch break.
34 days holiday, this includes Public, Annual and Statutory days, per year.
Responsibilities:
Will include but not limited to:
• Assisting the Business in many aspects.
• Working as a part of Business Support Team, using own initiative.
• Communicating well with Internal and External Contacts.
• Day to day administration.
• Maintaining Records.
• Keeping Documentation Up to Date.
• Creating Jobs Files.
• General Procurement Support.
• Any further ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Responsibilities will vary dependant on experience.
Training will be given where required.
Essential Qualities of Candidate:
• Excellent Telephone Manner, Transferring Calls, Taking Messages etc.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Maintaining Records.
• Multitasker.
• Organised.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be a Team player.
• Highly motivated, ambitious, focused, driven and able to work on own initiative.
• Ability to follow instructions and execute effectively.
• Trustworthy.
• Excellent time keeping.
