Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pizza Chef Manager to lead our delivery restaurant and our team in preparing and selling delicious and high-quality Neapolitan Pizzas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and the ability to inspire and mentor the kitchen staff as well as provide great customer service for our in-store and delivery customers. Neapolitan pizza experience is necessary.
*Duties*
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and meal service
- Poepare and manage a traditional Neapolitan pizza dough
- Train and supervise pizza chef, staff and drivers to ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and customer service.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the owner to develop seasonal menus
*Experience*
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, chef manager or similar role in a busy restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations and neapolitan pizza culinary techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Relevant culinary qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent
- Neapolitan pizza-making
