Join us as a CDD in-life Event Driven Review Analyst

  • Working with a supportive and collaborative team, you’ll be helping us with anti-money laundering (AML) activities
  • You’ll be investigating queries, supporting business processes and procedures, and understanding the needs of our customers and the business

What you'll do


Joining our specialist AML team, you’ll be working on Mandatory High Risk Country event driven reviews. You’ll action customer requests to make amendments to their accounts, reviewing the risk profile of the customer, while accurately collecting and reviewing all the information required to complete this to a high standard and in line with policy requirements.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Completing customer amendment requests and undertaking customer due diligence reviews whilst providing excellent customer service
  • Engaging with stakeholders, Relationship Directors, intermediaries and direct customers, to gather required information and documentation to achieve outcomes
  • Making sure processing is performed accurately and within an agreed turn-around time
  • Participating in initiatives that help improve our customer service, processes and procedures
  • Updating our customer records and re-assessing the risk of the customer in line with our policy and procedures

The skills you'll need


You’ll already have knowledge and experience of working with AML processes and procedures, alongside an awareness of up to date trends, policies and regulations. You’ll also be able to work accurately, to deadlines and with high levels of attention to detail.

We’ll also be looking for you to demonstrate:

  • Experience of complex corporate structures, including funds
  • An understanding of the financial services industry and our customers
  • Knowledge of our products, processes and banking systems
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
