- Level 3 in Early Years or above

- A genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of children and creating a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Lead and support a team of educators and staff members, fostering a culture of diversity, equality, and inclusion.
- Develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate curricula and activities for children of varying ages.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, ensuring open communication and collaboration in support of every child's individual needs.
- Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and maintaining records in accordance with best practices.
