We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our team at GFSL

We are a Ministry of Justice business who provides critical and time-bound services to HMPPS, and are looking for a IT Support Engineer with any combination of:
- A good overarching knowledge of IT including windows, Mac, IOS and Android.
- Excellent office skills, especially Excel
- Ability to problem solve and find solutions that may not be obvious
- Able to translate technical issues and requirements into non-technical terms and vice versa
- Empathetic and with strong interpersonal skills.
- The ability to remain calm and professional
- Willing to take on new work and challenges
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements
- First Aid at Work Qualification
