At Alcedo Care we are looking for kind, caring & compassionate people to provide outstanding care in the Fleetwood and supporting area. Become an Alcedo Care Support Worker. Taking responsibility for the client and the care provided.

• Excellent pay rates from £13.00- £15 per hour.

As a member of the Alcedo Care team you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to all ages as we support everyone who needs our care. This includes children, and young people, but also older clients at different stages in their care.

Your responsibilities will include supporting a client in developing life skills and participating in community activities to enhance their overall quality of life. Helping clients with ongoing rehabilitation to enhance their daily lives and support them to remain independent. Work with client groups with a variety of mental health diagnoses, or long-term health conditions. Be responsible for recording accurate and detailed notes which will help to support the ongoing assessment of clients care needs and required support.

Whether you have care experience in the NHS as a care assistant or nursing; previously worked in a care home or nursing home; been a support worker in the community; private carer for a family member. Worked within education settings as an SEN. We offer full training and support to become support worker and transfer these skills. Care experience is preferred.
