Up to £26,834 p.a. (FTE)
In addition, Runshaw College will contribute up to £5,259 p.a. (FTE) in employer pension contributions

We now have a vacancy in our Safeguarding and Wellbeing team for a Safeguarding and Wellbeing Officer on a full time term time basis. (We are happy to receive applications form those interested in either full or part time hours/job share). This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to contribute to an exceptional team and to utilise their skills in supporting young people to thrive and to progress. To be successful in this role, you will need to be proactive in providing highly effective support to any student where a safeguarding or wellbeing concern has been identified, ensuring that they receive the correct level of support at the earliest opportunity. This will involve the triage of a digitised referral system, signposting to both internal and external sources of support, providing both early help and crisis support interventions. Operating to a high level of confidentiality and ensuring effective cross college communications.
