As a Care Assistant, you will work as part of a team to provide the best care for the people living in our homes and be a part of the next chapter in their story.

You will get to know them and what matters the most to them so you can support them in the best way possible, recognising their individual choice.

You will support them with daily living routines including personal care, offer emotional support, encourage social activities within the home and update care plans.

Every day is different and hard work is required, but each day, you will go home knowing you have made a difference to their lives.

What you need most of all is a desire to help, to be kind and to enjoy making someone’s day that little bit easier.
