The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and versatile General Assistant to join our friendly team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work, as you will be involved in multiple aspects of the hotel's daily operations. From assisting with housekeeping to helping in the dining area, your contributions will be essential to maintaining the high standards our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with housekeeping duties, ensuring all rooms and public areas are spotless and well-presented.
- Supporting the front desk team with guest check-ins and check-outs, providing a warm welcome and assisting with any inquiries.
- Helping in the restaurant and bar area, including setting up, serving, and clearing tables.
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
- Assisting with event setups and other hotel functions as needed.
About You:
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
