Summary

Do you have experience at a Senior Management level in Health & Social Care sector, with a strong background in Quality, Governance & Compliances, multi-agency partnership working, while managing services that support vulnerable service users? Then - we would like to hear from you!

We are a National based charity contracted with Home Office to provide Outreach and accommodation & support services to people who are homeless or have been subject to modern day slavery. Our service users have been the victims of traumatic experiences and need our support to reintegrate themselves back in the community.

This is an exciting time to join our Charity as the services we offer are based on a successful model already implemented across various services pan UK. To apply you will need to be Compassionate, experienced at senior management level, computer literate, have a strong hand in Compliance & Audits and a strategic thinker. This is a hands on role and involves supporting the National Lead for Homelessness & Modern Day Slavery, with the daily operation of the services.
Ability to speak a second language will be an added advantage.

Do you have:
• Level 5 or above qualification in Leadership & Management
• Strong, credible and collaborative management experience and
delivery of service provision in this area of expertise
• Experience of services for people who are homeless and people
who have been subject to modern day slavery OR experience in
regulated services
• Demonstrate success in overseeing or directly involved
in income generation
• Experience of evaluating processes
• Experience of writing policies and procedures
• Desirable- Bilingual
