Our surgical department has undergone a complete redesign to provide the best possible care for our patients. Ward 3E has been leading the charge in reducing waiting times and ensuring smooth admission pathways for urgent abdominal surgical care. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of specialties, including our Surgical Admission Ward and Long Stay Cancer Care Unit.
Our nurses are given the chance to develop their expertise in the care of complex surgical cases, management of drains, stoma care, and working with multidisciplinary teams. We're looking for enthusiastic nurses with a range of experiences who are willing to take initiative and improve service delivery. With the ever-changing landscape of healthcare, we need adaptable nurses who are ready to work with us to embed new changes for the benefit of our patients.
