An opportunity has arisen for experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established law firm, specialising in property transactions, aiding diverse clients in buying, selling, transferring, or re-mortgaging.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading high-volume conveyancing transactions, ensuring seamless departmental operation and providing expert residential conveyancing guidance.
You will be responsible for:
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of legal documents, identifying issues or discrepancies.
- Offer expert advice and guidance on residential conveyancing matters.
- Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in residential conveyancing.
- Coordinate with team members to streamline processes and boost departmental efficiency.

What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Residential Conveyancer or in a similar role.
- Experience in handling volume conveyancing transactions.
- Background working in a very busy department using case management software.
