Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team in North London. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and possess the expertise to maintain, repair, and install plumbing systems in a commercial setting.

Benefits:

  • Salary: £40K Per Annum
  • Monday to Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)
  • Comay Van with fuel card.

Responsibilities: -

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, fittings, and drains - Install new plumbing systems as needed for renovations or new construction projects
  • Troubleshoot any issues with water supply or drainage systems - Collaborate with other maintenance team members to address facility-related issues
  • Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to plumbing work



Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing is required; additional certifications or qualifications are beneficial but not mandatory -
  • Proven experience in commercial plumbing maintenance is preferred but not essential

Skills:

  • Strong technical skills related to diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills when interacting with colleagues or clients
