About the role

Lincolnshire County Council’s adult care services are leading the way, we quite literally have the highest CQC score in the country (for a County Council), and we are committed to improving our high standards.

The post of Social Worker in Lincolnshire County Council’s Adult Care Services is a busy and varied position, which requires partnership working with other agencies across the Health, Housing, and the Voluntary Sector.

The teams work with adults aged 18+, which gives an opportunity to really see the positive impact our Adult Care Teams make to the lives of others.

We believe that collaborative working builds strength in individuals and communities. In turn this creates better outcomes and futures for people.

We carry out strengths-based Adult Needs Assessments and Reviews in line with the Care Act 2014, focusing on what the person can do rather than their limitations.

Supporting our staff

You will find a warm welcome in our local adult care teams. We are all about supporting each other to learn and grow. We are very proud of how we manage complex situations; we come together and find solutions.

We treat everyone with respect and understanding. We are very open, and this creates an “ask anything” culture. We like to support our teammates and provide a supportive and nurturing environment where staff are encouraged to succeed in all that they do.

We are looking for new team members to be a part of something quite special and can’t wait to meet you.
