Summary
6-month Fixed Term Contract – Full Time – Shift role
Here at Lianhetech, we’re seeking a Process Operator Grade 2 to join us on a 6-month contract.
Working within a team of Process Operators, you’ll work in a Chemical Manufacturing Plant to safely achieve defined quality standards, within time and to customers specifications.
As our Process Operator Grade 2, you’ll operate process equipment and machinery as well as complete routine operations and mandatory training. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
Following batch cards ensuring that each sequential step is completed, all data is accurately documented and periodically review completed data entries.
Correctly identify, monitor, and charge raw materials.
Understanding of BMS Risk Assessments & Method Statements.
Operate Process and Manufacturing Equipment to ensure production of batches are produced safely and in a timely manner.
Discharging and packing of Final product (Hazardous and Non-Hazardous) in accordance with instructions/Batch card requirements.
About You
Candidates for this role must have experience handling hazardous chemicals and will ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 Process Operations qualification. Experience in manual or semi-automated process operations would be beneficial and we encourage applications from those who have experience within chemical, manufacturing, industrial or heavy engineering industries.
Highly numerate with great problem-solving techniques, you’ll have strong team working attributes and work ethos. Someone who is a confident communicator with exceptional organisational and planning skills, you’ll be safety and quality aware.
