Summary
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
· Minimum 2 years of work experience in the Private Security Industry.
· Graduate or post-graduate degree ideally with a teaching background.
· Flexibility in working hours 36-40 hours per week.
· Able to maintain CPD requirements for SIA
· Be a good representation of FAAS Ltd
· Willing to progress as a business development manager
· Must be able to meet all the training requirements by SIA
· Have a professional attitude towards the staff and trainees
· Have excellent communication and presentation skills
· Must be adaptable to any changing circumstances for the area of employment
· Competent use of technology resources at disposal
· Show good organisational skills
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
· Able to deliver SIA training courses like Door Supervisor, Security Guarding, CCTV, Top Up / Refresher courses.
· Able to deliver First Emergency at Work Training.
· Competent in delivering Fire Marshall Training
· Able to deliver Health and Safety Course (CSCS level 2) in the construction industry for security officers.
· Competent in Training the perspective clients for DVLA theory tests online.
FAAS LTD is willing to support the perspective employee in achieving these qualifications after negotiating the job details with the potential candidate.
