Summary
Key responsibilities include: Provide expert guidance, advice and standards development for EPR change management and benefits realisation activities and build upon existing best practice approaches for benefit realisation. Work with highly complex data, facts and situations requiring analysis, interpretations and comparisons on a range of options and make clear and robust recommendations on the most impactful course of action. Plan, manage and review the project monitoring milestones and outcomes using benefits management methodology, and ensure the required reports, in the defined format, are submitted within the required timescale. Oversee the change management aspects of projects, ensuring delivery of change and that benefits realisation processes are working effectively. Collaborate with IT, systems and digital teams to ensure the seamless integration of Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems, facilitating smooth transitions and optimal performance.
