Summary
A great opportunity to join a Group IT Team managing resources to ensure bids are delivered on agreed timelines. 12-month fixed term contract fully remote
Responsible for:
- Supporting the team with reporting and governance
- Managing the SharePoint to support the demand process
- Work with IT BP to create roadmaps and provide insights
- Ensure the bid pipeline is accurate and up to date
- Managing and reviewing all the documentation around the project
- Create and maintain knowledge bank and bid information
- Manage and update the IT Asset price list
Experience to succeed:
- Demonstrable experience in an IT Asset / Bid / Costs manager role
- Experience managing high volumes of documentation and reports
- Understanding of IT Asset/ Bids processes and requirements
- Worked with Microsoft applications and spreadsheets
- Strong ability to create and manage Teams channels
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
