We are looking for warm and friendly people to join our team supporting 5 people who live independently in Lowestoft. You will be working alongside them in their own home so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. This role will involve a real hands-on approach supporting them to maintain their health and wellbeing. They enjoy a variety of activities at home and within their community, so if you enjoy new and exciting things to do, then this could be just the place for you.

This is a Bank role with shifts available across the week and weekends, including sleep-in shifts.

So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.

Ability to commute/relocate: To NR32 - You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence
