About this role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an internal recruiter to join our resourcing team. You will be responsible for supporting the resourcing manager in the end-to-end recruitment that support our Property, Central Services, Customer Services and Development departments.

You will deliver daily recruitment activities including improving adverts and using your creative side to attract candidates through campaigns and job fairs. Thinking outside the box on how we can attract talent and working in collaboration with our internal teams to support social value whilst building strong working relationships across the business.

Duties include:

As an Internal Recruiter you will work reactively and proactively with tasks such as recruitment briefs, supporting Managers to work to our process, improving advertisements and working with external job boards and external Recruitment suppliers where needed.

Enhancing the applicant’s journey from application stage, interview and throughout the onboarding and pre-employment that welcomes new colleagues into MTVH.

You will have the opportunity to plan and attend assessment days and support MTVH in finding the most suitable talent whilst demonstrating our core values of dare, care and collaborate.

The role is fast paced, with high volumes of work and working to legislative requirements, so organisational skills and an eye for detail is essential.

What you will need to succeed:

To succeed in this position, you will need: -

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders at different levels.
  • IT Literacy and be able to basic use Microsoft Excel functionality, with a practical understanding of Microsoft Office 365 collaboration tools and desirably oracle people system
  • A good understanding of recruitment and general HR is helpful
  • You should also have Education to GCSE-level or equivalent professional experience/qualification (i.e., CIPD Level 2, AREC, or above).
  • Good written and spoken English language.
