We are looking for support worker to join our outreach team in the Whitchurch, Ellesmere and Wem, supporting adults in their own
home. There are no sleep in duties, we are able to look at part or full-time hours. No early starts or late night finishes. The
supported people enjoy shopping, cinema, bowling, swimming, PC gaming, sporting events and visiting stately homes. You will
assist with light housework, light cooking, medication, supporting health appointment, companionship and family visits in local
area. A level of full personal care will be provided in one of the services, the others are independent. If you have a patient,
active, warm friendly nature with a sense of humour the this is the position for you. You must be ready to start each day as a new
day.

Whitchurch has a wide variety of amenities, shops, theatre, lovely green parks, weekly market & a train station

Wem has a great community with a library, shops and train station

Ellesmere is a market town with superb lakes, library and community spirit

About You:

Essential Requirements:

* Driver with UK manual licence and own vehicle.
* Experience of working with LD and Autism
* Good communication skills
* Good IT knowledge/skills/systems
* Experience in lone working
