Due to continued business growth a full time experienced Front of House Supervisor is required to support and work closely with the owners to deal with all the general day to day duties of helping run the bar and restaurant. This is a hands-on position, where you will lead from the front and have an excellent eye for detail.

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, smart in appearance and has a natural gift for hospitality, along with great leadership skills as you will be expected to train new and junior members of staff.

- Train, supervise, and motivate front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and maximize revenue
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels of front of house supplies and place orders as needed
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, including food safety standards

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a Public House setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food production processes and food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
