The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading complex IT projects from inception through to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders across Hyde to ensure project objectives are aligned with business goals and will manage project teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Define project scope, develop plans, manage budgets, and lead teams to successful project completion.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate project status, manage expectations, and build strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans.
Quality & Resource Management: Ensure projects meet quality standards and manage resource allocation.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project documentation, prepare status reports, and enforce strong reporting mechanisms.
Skills & Experience

Proven experience in IT project management, delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Expertise in enterprise applications and large system rollouts.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
