Position: Night Hygiene Operative
Location: Wincanton, Somerset
Salary: £13 PH £14 PH after 12 weeks
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10pm-6am
Duration: Temp to perm
Start Date: Immediate

A leading food production company known for delivering high-quality products to their customers. They pride themselves on our dedication to excellence and innovation in the food industry. We are now looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join the production team.
The job

Successful candidates will have a high level of attention to detail along with a good level of English and be keen to learn. Previous food experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be given to the right candidate.
Responsibilities include dismantling of machinery, cleaning, setting up machinery and detail cleaning of the production facility.
Initial training (approx. 1 week) will need to be completed on a day shift (hours to be agreed between 06.00 - 22.00).
The requirements
• Previous experience in food production or a similar environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
