Summary
WHITLEY BAY ICE RINK: Administrator/Box Office Vacancy: 7.5 Hours
Day to Day running of Box Office / Reception
a. Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of box office / reception,
b. Deliver excellent customer service.
c. Support Management team in the running of Ice Rink programmes and Events, remaining fully informed about all programmes and events available to customers.
d. Assist with customer complaints, as and when required.
e. Basic data input into management systems and microsoft office.
Knowledge requirements
• Principles and application of excellent customer service
• General knowledge and understanding of Whitley Bay Ice Rinks programmes.
Skills requirements
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Administrative skills, quick basic mental arithmetic.
• Ability to work effectively within a team setting
• Ability to use a computerised ticketing system – as and when required.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
Full Training will be given. Probation period of 12 weeks.
Shift Patterns: Flexibility Required and extra hours available.
Monday: 10-12:15 & 2-4:15pm
Wednesday: 10-1pm
