Recruitment Professionals, a leading recruitment agency, is looking for a talented Financial Services Recruitment Consultant to join our client's growing team. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in financial services recruitment and who excels as a 360 biller.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates within the financial services sector.
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with potential clients.
• Handle 1-2 vacancies at any given time, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates regarding market trends, salary expectations, and career development.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in financial services recruitment is essential.
• Proven track record as a successful 360 biller.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
