Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding procedures and statutory requirements in early years settings.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, positive relationships with staff, parents, and children.
A deep understanding of child development theories and the ability to apply them in practice.
A collaborative team player who leads by example and fosters a supportive environment.
A commitment to your professional development and staying informed on the latest best practices in early years education.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
At Richborough Nursery, the safety and well-being of our children are our top priorities. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children through rigorous safer recruitment practices.
